needed steering wheel replaced, new one was mounted off center. had to come back solely to get it adjusted and it is still slightly off center, even after the adjustment

Tyler and Coulton, your service reps, are great listeners and excellent producers. They get the job done. That said …. Your sunroof design needs work. I had two consecutive Subaru Foresters over 10 years each and never had an issue with either sunroof on the other hand the VW sunroof now requires service every two years or it leaks. NOT GOOD

I bought a 2025 Jetta at the end of May, with a little over 17, 000 miles on it. I brought it in for the 20,000 mile check up and told the mechanic that there is a shaking and noise when I brake from higher speeds. The Mechanic team took and look and determined that the rotors are wrapped slightly and to fix it, need to replace all rotors and brakes; would cost $1300. I stated i bought a new car and expected it to be in the best condition. The mechanic told me to speak to the sales person Suzanne that sold me the car. When I spoke to her, she did not offer to have the work done on the car to be included in my 20,000 mile check up. I requested that my concern about the brake and rotors be included on my records. I would greatly appreciate Jack VW taking responsibility for this service issue and fix my car with no charge to me.
