Tyler is the absolute best service advisor I have ever dealt with in 35 years of owning cars. He is knowledgeable and kind, and will bend over backwards to help you out. He did all he could for us and had the car ready a day early. Now, as for VW, I am truly not happy with the reason for the service. Our 2022 Atlas Cross Sport is at just about 57,000 miles and had a major oil leak due to some PCV system pressure issue that blew out the gasket on the timing cover. When I called to set up an appointment, Tyler (being as good as he is) took a guess by my description of what was going on, and guess what? He was right. That said, it would seem that if there are multiple Atlases coming in with the same issue, and especially since I am so close to the warranty mileage, I would have thought VW could warranty or at least discount the repairs. No dice. So, that means over $1,000 out of my pocket for engine work on a 3-year-old car with a known issue. If VW doesn't do something to help me with this repair, the Atlas CS will be my last VW (we're on our 4th one now). Report that up the chain, please, and feel free to contact me to discuss further.
