I have brought my VW in a few times now to be serviced by this team. I often speak directly with Colton and feel he has always been transparent and willing to work with me on the needs of the car. There is always a period of trust building when bringing a car to be serviced but I recently purchased a used VW directly from your dealership so now have 2 VWs I hope and plan to continue to bring to Jack for similar trusted service.
