As almost always, my latest experience at this VW dealership was great, with no improvement needed. The nice size and welcoming style of the This Saco dealership has long been the local shop of choice for both purchase and service of our VWs, even though we live closer to another, much larger and much less friendly dealership in our region. It counts for a lot that the Service Manager Justin Koelker and senior Service Advisor Colton Proulx have both been at their post for more than twenty years. No improvement necessary!!

Tyler is BY FAR the best Maintenance Lead I’ve EVER been fortunate enough to work with. In the last year alone, I’ve been to several service locations with multiple OEM’s (VW, Mercedes, Toyota, and Audi) - Tyler, is by far the most communicative, direct, truthful, and generally available and knowledgeable I’ve worked with. If only there were Tylers at every service locations, much less at other OEMs!
