I have the highest praise for Coulton Proulx, my service advisor. He is polite, friendly, good-humored, competent, intelligent, lively, and helpful. Also, the Jack VW facility is clean, with a good atmosphere and pleasant waiting room. The work is completed in a quick but reliable fashion. Only one problem--the coffee machine was broken!!!!
