Colton is the best service advisor I have worked with at any shop across multiple states. I would strongly consider buying another car from JackVW to continue working with Colton. Worst part of the experience is the waiting area doesn’t have comfortable seating or a good snack selection.

Very pleased with my experience at Jack Volkswagen in Saco. I knew what I was looking for and though they were very helpful and informative, I was never pressured to get anything. They met my vehicle, price and trade in expectations fairly. I initially had a problem with the vehicle but they rectified that immediately. I will absolutely recommend Jack Volkswagen.
